Gill Commodore’s Cup
This pre-event, which will celebrate its 13th anniversary this year, is a great warm up race for all the entries and participants of the St. Maarten Heineken Regatta (excluding Lottery Class).
The Gill Commodore’s Cup will take place on March 1st, 2018, and will maintain individual results, allowing sailors to practice and perfect their racing without influencing their main event results.
Registration for the 38th St. Maarten Heineken Regatta will be opened soon! Sign up your boat online and you can optionally fulfill your payment already. Click here to go to the online entry system, provided to you by regattaguru.com.
Our partner regattaguru.com ensures that everybody has access to the results immediately after the races. Through their online application and by showing result screens on the official regatta locations, not only participants, but also spectators are able to view the results.
Participants of the St. Maarten Heineken Regatta have many options with regard to entering in the event. If you don’t own a boat yourself you can go through our charter listing and choose from a variety of options.
Our loyal sponsor, The Sol Group, again makes the availability of our water taxi service possible for all participants of the 38th St. Maarten Heineken Regatta. All participants will be ferried to and from their boats for free in a timely and comfortable fashion.
The Official Regatta Gear consists of a technical gear line, produced by Gill and a more casual gear line, produced by Shipwreck Shops.
Serious Fun Bridge Show
Every day after racing between 3pm and 5pm and on Sunday at 1:30pm, the St. Maarten Heineken Regatta will be making a show out of the bridge openings. All participants are asked to make a show of their bridge entry, by dancing on the deck, dressing up and getting the crowd crazy.
