In October 1997, Arawak (then called “Rendezvous Nature”) was launched in Brittany in France. Renowned skipper and builder, Pascal Quintin, was at the Arawak bar in 1997 on the transatlantic “Jacques Vabres” and then the 20th edition of the “Route du Rhum” in 1998. Arawak (then called Casino Val André) arrived in Pointe à Pitre (Guadeloupe) after 28 days, 6 hours and 12 minutes at the 27th place. Later, sailing and racing enthusiasts Dominque and Alain, owners of Bluebeard Charters, bought the boat to give it a new life and share their passion with the public. Today you board this exceptional catamaran for a full day of fun and discovery with Rodney, our professional skipper and his crew. Possibility to take the helm and participate in maneuvers at over 20 knots (on Sint Maarten, its current record is at 26 knots). The maximum passengers on board is 6 people.
